Regarding any problems or feedback with the BrushDestructor blade, or problems with Cart links or PayPal payments on the PayPal page, or making enquires about wanting to carry the New Model-17 blade when it comes out, then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have any general questions relating to this blade or brush cutting in general, please refer the QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS page first, as you may find the answers to many of your questions already there. If what you are looking for is not there, then send me an email with your question and I will try and get back to you as soon as I can, but I cannot guarantee how long it will take before I get back to you.
If you only have a question about brush cutters in general, then that will go to the bottom of the pecking order and unfortunately I may not have the time to even get back to you.
Lately I have been feeling really bad about the time it is taking to reply to many of your questions, some received as long as six months ago and I am sorry about this. But this is a one man business and getting orders assembled, wrapped and in the mail the next day takes priority. Orders for blades have increased to the point that I no longer have the time to answer general questions and what spare time I do have I must give priority to the developing and testing of the new model blade.
